2. Booking lessons
- Lessons are confirmed once availability has been agreed and payment requirements have been met.
- You must provide accurate contact details and a valid pick-up or meeting location.
- You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and bring it to every lesson where required.
Deposit requirement
When booking lessons for the first time, a 2-hour deposit at the hourly rate is required to secure future lesson slots.
Once lesson dates and times are confirmed, an invoice will be issued.
3. Payments
- Payment must be made before lessons take place, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- BACS / bank transfer is the preferred payment method.
- Please use your full name as the payment reference where possible.
Clear payment terms help keep bookings straightforward and avoid confusion around lesson slots and future availability.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
- 48 or more hours’ notice: the lesson can normally be rescheduled without charge.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: the lesson may still be charged in full.
5. Late arrivals

- You must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medication.
- Wear suitable footwear and clothing for safe driving.

- Use of the vehicle is for tuition purposes only unless agreed otherwise.
8. Theory test support
Students may be provided with access to Theory Test Pro to support preparation for the theory test.
Driving test day
